Wright Landscape Services

Growing from its early roots in lawn maintenance, Wright is now one of the largest full-service landscape companies in the Waterloo area.

The Challenge

Wright Landscape Services struggled with qualifying potential clients, as well as creating a solid sales process. This lack of a sales process led to inefficient and unpredictable sales.

The Solution

In August of 2011, Wright Landscape Services reached out to Andrew Wall and the team at Sandler for help. They first worked together to create a strong and sustainable sales process.

Results

By following the methods Andrew taught, Wright’s team learned how to qualify and disqualify potential clients. This method was key to driving up their sales numbers. Over a period of four months, the percentage of closed sales skyrocketed from 10% to 70%.

I went from having a closing rate of 10 to 15% ... to a closing rate between 60 and 70%.
