Since 1994, Rocpal Custom Cabinets has been creating quality products to make kitchens beautiful and functional. With their immense expertise, they collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life.

The Challenge

Rocpal Custom Cabinets was struggling with consistent sales results, and did not have an established sales process. Many competing visions for the company’s future made it difficult to decide on where the business was going.

The Solution

Sandler helped Rocpal Custom Cabinets to create and streamline a sales process, as well as narrow down potential clients and build a path for success with Sandler’s Sales Mastery course. The Rocpal staff also completed the Leadership for Organizational Excellence course as well. This support helped Rocpal’s team carve out a roadmap of priorities that aligned to an overall vision for the company.

Results

The one-on-one coaching sessions were particularly helpful for Rocpal’s team. Andrew’s uncanny knack for developing and bringing out the positive influence in staying focused was critical. Utilizing many of the courses and the one-on-one sessions with Andrew, the company began to experience consistent sales, as well as pivot in the direction the business needed to go in order to grow.

These programs, especially the Leadership for Organizational Excellence, allowed us to carve out a road map for how and where we wanted to see the priorities in our company.
