Despite Friendly Fires’ longevity in business, they found that they did not have a defined sales process, limiting their ability to acquire new customers, as well as maintain current ones. This posed a challenge in terms of the company’s growth.
Friendly Fires reached out to Sandler for help. Working with the sales team directly, Sandler helped them implement a sales process that was sustainable and provided clear communication to potential clients. Leadership training as well as one on one coaching with Andrew, helped the Friend Fires team develop to the next level in their industry.
Over the seven years that Friendly Fires has worked with Sandler and Andrew Wall, they have increased their number of sites from two to five. With the support of Sandler, Friendly Fires increased the quality and quantity of staff members on the team, saw increased sales, and improved clear communication between their customers and staff.
We have worked with Sandler Training Milton for over the decade and have grown from two locations to five and grown our revenues, staff and number of happy clients dramatically. In 2018/2019 Andrew provided sales training to our entire sales team via Interactive Remote Learning via our iPads, laptops or Desktops. Sales grew dramatically during this time ...so we have continued with them for 2019/2020.
