Andrew Wall has been in the sales industry for 30 years, has 18 years of Sales Management experience and has been a Sandler Training business owner for 13 years. Elite Sales Performance Inc. is a licensed training center and trains companies of all sizes in the Greater Toronto Area, helping them reach their full potential, exceed expectations and continue to grow.
Andrew has a track record of accomplishing his goals. Whether it was successfully opening up virgin markets from scratch five times or exceeding expectations in creating, marketing and completing new product sales seven different times, Andrew has accomplished his objectives.
Leading, managing and coaching has been a strength of Andrew’s for some time. His unique abilities to analyze, listen, evaluate and engage his clients allows him to capture an accurate snap shot of any company’s strengths, areas of growth and weaknesses. Whether as a competitive athlete growing up winning multiple awards, or as a competitive coach selecting talented youth athletes, Andrew understands the importance of focusing on your “A & B Players” and not your “C Players” to allow you to accomplish tremendous results.
Melissa Augusto started working with Andrew Wall and Sandler Training Milton in early 2007 on a contract client basis. After five successful years working together, in 2012 Melissa joined Sandler Training Milton on a full-time basis as the Director of Marketing and Client Services. An avid reader and traveler, Melissa views every day as an opportunity to learn, grow and succeed.
Stephanie joined the team in February 2019. Previously, she worked for 12 years at one of Canada's major financial institutions where in her last role she handled customer complaints from across Canada and the world. Stephanie brings many years of customer service, enthusiasm, quest to learn to things to the team. In her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening, shopping, and cheering for her favourite sports teams.
Ryan Wall joined the team in April of 2018, a new face to the company with a huge desire for learning new tactics and hitting his goals. He started his professional sales career punching out phone calls for a digital marketing company, where he learned the power of prospecting and cold calling. After that he moved on to an international sales position where he sold industrial rubber. Ryan enjoys traveling throughout Canada from mountain to mountain with his snowboard and finding the trails that are less traveled on.
